A lil’ housekeeping

I always neglect this blog of mine from time to time. I will admit that I will do a posting blitz for a few days, disappear for a few months, and come back again for a bit. I feel like it’s just a vicious cycle with me and writing on here. I was at a point where I had decided to completely close this blog and just stick with Twitter. I realized then that there are just some things that cannot be said with just 140 characters.

What would be some things you’d like me to be talking about in this blog? Any of your suggestions would be fine!

I am also tweaking this blog a bit — and it’s going to take me the next couple of days to do so. The first change you’ll notice is that there is a new layout. I’m also overhauling my categories and tags, and that’s going to take me a couple of days to do. I got the cosmetic part done already so that the only thing that’s left would be the inner workings of the blog. I hope that you’ll like the streamlining I’m doing with everything.

You’ll most definitely hear back from me again. It’s been a while, and I feel like there are a lot of things you need to be caught up on… :)

Rainy days and Mondays…

…always get me down. And it happens that it was both of those things today! Whew… what a rainy Monday it was, but that didn’t stop me (or other people) from doing fun things. :D

I was really doing more errands on this rainy day, but Allie and myself ended up at The Eaton Centre while waiting to meet up with Jess for sushi. What ruckus did we cause in the mall? Well, we walked around for a bit and checked out some stuff… nothing really came to mind much except for a few pieces here and there. Somehow, we ended up in TNA and inside their photo booth (picture to follow)… and hilarity ensued! I’ve also been meaning to get a new case for my iPhone, and so I did… that was after we played around with Photo Booth in an iMac.

It was nice and fun to catch up with two of my fave girls once again… and I believe we will be doing this types of things more often.

Some catching up

I have been quite MIA for a bit since my PC died earlier this year. Yes! Can you believe that I have not had a PC since January?! I’ve finally been able to get my hands on a new one (withdrawal wasn’t such an easy task, I tell ya!), so you will slowly see some catch up posts in the next little while to just kickstart this whole blogging thing of mine once again…

I hope you all missed me ’cause I sure did!

After a long hiatus, I’m back!!!

I think this is the longest I’ve actually been away from the blog since it’s been a somewhat crazy and busy holiday season. No worries… I’ve re-armed my trusty iPhone with the blogging app, so you’ll hear from me more than ever from now on.

BFF much?

I’m just getting caught up with all the Survivor: Gabon episodes I’ve missed, so this might be old news… but if you’ve been watching, there’s something I’d like to point out.

From day one, this has truly been quite the season since there’s been three guys I’ve gotten quite fond of: Charlie, Marcus, and Dan. Also, Charlie and Marcus has been BFF since they first laid eyes on each other. Of course, Charlie’s the cute gay boy and Marcus is the ever-so-sexy-and-lovable straight guy. After the fruit batting challenge (no pun intended on Charlie’s part!), there was a split-second moment in the episode where this happened (if you blinked, you might’ve missed it):

Marcus (on the left) totally bit and kissed Charlie’s (on the right) shoulder while awaiting the outcome of the reward challenge. Now, I’m completely fine with a straight boy being smitten and totally BFF with a gay boy… but this just raises questions. It makes me wonder if there are things going on between these two when they’re all alone in the forest. I mean, I don’t really know that many straight men who are touchy-feely, and who would playfully bite a gay boy’s shoulder. Hmm… there better be a tape of these two making out somewhere! LOL
